This egg coddler (boiler) consists of a glass bowl, glass lid and a metal tension band, it is heat resitant and dishwasher proof.
To broil fill in the desired food, put on the lid, fix the tension band and submerse it in a water bath (bain marie). The broiler may also be used in an oven or a microwave(without tension band as this is metall). Ideal for eggs Benedict.
