Why is your delivery time 2 weeks? We need a long time until we ship as most products are not stocked but are made on order, we distribute only hand made glass therefore it may come to delays.
Is my data secure when I order from your shop? Yes your data is secure when you order from our shop we use a 128 Bit encryption via SSL. Further we only use the data you enter to fulfil the order. We do not pass your data on to third parties unless it is to fulfil the order. Periodically(every 3-4 month) we may send you a newsletter per e-mail.

Why don’t you offer a COD service? We do not offer a COD service as this is an expensive way of shipment and we try to offer you high quality goods a reasonable prices.
Is it possible to have Products custom made? Yes we can have products custom made if you wish. Please send us detailed measurements (in mm), colours, special requirements (e.g. heat resistant up to 60°C). We will the make you an offer which may take up to 14 day depending on the product. Please note that custom made items are explicitly excluded from return (revocation).
Do you have prices for retailers? We do not have price lists for retailers but we will gladly make you an offer for desired products.
Is it possible to ship ordered products to other addresses? Yes products can be shipped to any address you wish this can be set in your customer account when ordering. Please note the shipping costs a calculated by destination an may vary from your address.
Do you have a retail shop I can visit? No we do not have a retail shop we sell only via internet, you may however fetch ordered goods from our address only by appointment.
